By using our repair services, you authorize Arora Tech to inspect and, if required, repair your device. We will perform a diagnostic before repairs and obtain your confirmation before proceeding.


2. Estimates & Approvals

All price quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated. No repair will begin without your explicit consent. Final charges may vary depending on the extent of the repair or if additional issues are found.


3. Warranty on Repairs

  • Most repairs are backed by a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical or water damage after the repair.
    • Tampering by third parties.
    • Software issues unrelated to our repair.
  • Warranty claims must include original documentation and be reported within the warranty period.

4. Data Responsibility

We recommend backing up your data prior to repair. While we take every precaution, Arora Tech is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. Please remove sensitive or confidential data before submitting your device.


5. Device Abandonment

Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days after repair completion or estimate rejection will be considered abandonedand may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion without further notice.


6. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of services.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital wallets.
  • Custom orders or parts may require advance payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality repair services, Arora Tech is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by us.
  • Loss of income, business, or personal data.

8. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Upload harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.).
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Misuse our booking or contact forms.

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.


9. Product Sales

All accessories and products sold (cases, chargers, power banks, etc.) are subject to availability. Warranty details vary by product and are disclosed at the time of purchase.
